@r2wtrials – Although there are intermittent reports of problems with WooCommerce … as well as their new releases correcting those issues … this one appears to be different.

Have you tried deactivating *all* plugins then activating NextGEN Gallery and WooCommerce *only* to see if the issue persists? It could be a third (or fourth) plugin causing this conflict.

    Thanks!

Yes i have deactivated all plugins and started just nextgen and it work fine, activate woocommerce and it stops again .. i have several other sites with both of these plugins running ok and have just tested those and i can use nextgen no problems … unless it is a template issue i am a bit stuck.
For now i have deactivated nextgen and use the WP create gallery function on this particular site..
The site i refer too is http://www.r2wracing.co.uk

@r2wtrials – If you have NextGEN Gallery and WooCommerce working together on other sites then the differences must be within a specific setting or possibly the theme you are using. Have you compared those specifics?

Settings as far as i can tell are the same … must just possibly be the theme.

It is shopdoc from themify, and now i know that it is an issue at present i will work around it on this site with wp gallery.
Thanks for you replies, i will try it again if either the theme or nextGen has an update to see if the problem disappears ..

Just to say i use the NextGen plugin on about 6 other sites that i work on and all is well and a great little plugin.

@r2wtrials – Thanks … and sorry to read you are having issues with that theme. Have you contacted the author to see if they have any insights into this issue?
