NextGen and role capabilities

    Hi,

    I duplicated the admin role so I could have another administrator account yet use Adminimize to adapt the dashboard. If I select a lower role within Others Options, Roles & Capabilities, the duplicated admin role is ignored and I can’t see NextGen within the dashboard and if I use url /admin.php?page=nextgen-gallery/ it says “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.” How can I allow the created/duplicated role to view the NextGen gallery in the dashboard?

    @damianh – If you needed a second Administrator account (with *all* privileges) then just creating a second user account as an Administrator should have been just fine, I actually suspect your duplicate is not quite a “full” administrator.

    You’re correct, privileges for NextGen weren’t ticked, I assumed they would of been when installing the plugin and didn’t check…Made the changes and its working now thanks.
