next_post_link trouble

the link that next_posts_link produce in my site is http://website.com/Index.php?paged=2
How come there’s an ‘index.php’ in front?
Thus when I use the almost pretty permalink using ‘index.php’ the link will become http://website.com/index.phpIndex.php?paged=2
and that link won’t take me the second page…
