Next Month sometimes wrong

Theres 2 new bugs that appeared in 2.5.17 that has affected every single one of my sites. The previous month bug others have mentioned. Attached an image to demonstrate.

Still broken in 2.5.18. It looks like it’s a problem with local/GMT time.
