Hey Peter,
They should be showing. The only time they won’t show on a list view is if you have it set to show “Events” and not “Days”.
For your other suggestion I would suggest that you hop over to our roadmap and submit it as a feature request so we can keep track of it: https://trello.com/b/ZQSzsarY
Let me know if that helps clear things up. If it doesn’t could you provide a link so I can check it out?

In my case next and previous did’nt work, but now it’s working ok
(I think i had an old version of the same plugin still in the plugins directory)
b.t.w. I would appreciate to view the events inside Worpdress instead of linking to google, would be much nicer
