Newsletter plugin subscription

Hi!

Is there any free plug-in for sending unlimited newsletters, and in the newsletter subscription form there should be the possibility to give a name and an e-mail address! In the newsletter should be the possibility to have a template, and if it is possible a newsletter preview! There is not necessary the import/export of the addresses!
