Newsletter Button Issue

Hi all,

Hoping you can help, I’ve installed a plugin, however, getting no where with the owner (don’t think he supports this any more). Take a look at http://www.betshibby.com and notice on the right sidebar the “Subscribe” button is split across 2 lines by the looks of it, even though there is space for it? Does anyone have any quick fixes for this?
