Newsletter admin with restrict access

Hello Newsletter team,
I need to create a user role who has access to Newsletter plugin and with restricted capability to access admin menu.
What I mean is : my user can manage Newsletter options but he cannot access to dashboard, settings,…he can only see Newsletter options.
The problem that I faced that for Newsletter plugin, the user needs “manage-option” capability which allow him to access other admin options.
