I purchased the Widgets Pack, which covers listing the most recent downloads issue. I was disappointed that it is not possible to style the heading but found a workaround.
Then I discovered that when active, this widget causes all download pages to display as blank. When deactivated, the site returns to normal.
Is it compatible with my versions of WP (4.1.7) and EDD (2.4.2).

I’m sorry for missing your reply after mine. I’ve located your ticket in our support system so I will move there to assist you now.
Since my last post here, my host [bluehost.com] auto-updated my forum [bbPress] and eCommerce [EDD] sites to WP 4.3.1 and I independently installed EDD 2.4.7 at bazaar.typeheritage.com.
In the meantime, my EDD account does not include support topics, so I cannot access the ticket I initiated last month–I’m “out of the loop.” Can you supply a link to it?
Even more unfortunately, the EDD site does not *document* add-on extensions with such System Requirements as the range of WP and EDD versions supported. One must buy it, try it, and go from there…
Is there a possibility that this plugin can be fixed to work with the current combo?
