Newcomer needs advice on form

    I am a complete newcomer to WP forms. I need to develop a form that contains all the fields in the scholarship application form on this page: https://piboulefoundation.org/pi-boule-foundation-scholarship/ with the ability to submit the form when completed. Then I need the program to email my client that the form has been completed along with the ability to print the form. Can the client have access to all completed forms to re-access and print?

    I have watched a few WP tutorials and I believe the capabilities are there. Given what I’ve asked — is there anything I’ve missed? I have installed WP forms.

    From the PDF form on your page, I noticed a signature and some phone fields, which are features included in the paid version of WPForms.
