NEWBIE wordpress installation help please

Hello

I have just uploaded WP 2.7 via Smart FTP into my directory folder, i have also changed the database username, the username, password and have left the host name as localhost, this has now been saved to
wp-config.php

I have then tried to begin the 1st step of wordpress at..
http://www.highavenue.co.uk/wordpress/wp-admin/install.php

but am receiving an error message, can someone please advise what i am doing wrong in basic newbie instructions?
Also these are the details of what i entered with password hidden
