Newbie moving from Host

Hi there,

I’ve started to move from host. I already uploaded all my Data Base into the new host. I’m using Ipswitch WS_FTP and Dreamhost. When I try to install WP, by typing on my IE: “http://www.mywebname.com/wp-admin/install.php”, the error it’s popping up is “Internet Explorer cannot display this page”. Why is this happening? Like I said before, am not a WP savvy and I really need someone to walk me through this big mess.

P.S.: I haven’t changed any passwords or nothing.
