newb installation problems

Sorry for the newbie question but I’ve decided to stop using 1&1 internet’s wordpress blog and start up my own. I’ve cleared the old blog off my domain, set up the database, seemingly successfully installed wordpress but when I go check the website all I get is the “domain has been registered page”

Any suggestions?

Oh and I’m using wp 2.5.1
