Can I rollback to 2.8 plugin version? Is Database still the same?
Can this procedure work:
Download and extract the old version from the plugin repository
Disable the plugin
Log on to your server with FTP or SSH
Upload the old plugin directory to wp-content/plugins/. (You would want to overwrite the newer version.)

mh, on my server works the admin email, user email and statistics function with 0.29 (Apache, PHP 5.4, WordPress 3.9.2).
Have you a IIS Server?
The Database is not the same 0.28 = 22 DB Version and 0.29 = 24 DB Version but you can nevertheless downgrade of version 0.28.
My WP is on linux but it is still in 3.8.3
Maybe this is the problem..
I have just upgraded the WP to 3.9.2 but no luck.
I tried to install this new version on another machine and no email and statistics. Rolled back to 2.8 and everything was fine.
Any idea?

I upgraded to WP 3.9.2
Then
– Exported the quiz.
– Disinstalled WP PRO QUIZ
– Installed WP PRO QUIZ 0.28
– Imported the quiz. Customize mail@
– Everything works.
Then
– Upgraded to WP PRO QUIZ 0.29
– Check mail@ ok.
– Mail KO. Statistics KO
Then
– Disinstalled WP PRO QUIZ
– Installed WP PRO QUIZ 0.29
– Imported the quiz.
– Mail KO. Statistics KO

hey, same problem here, updated wpq to 0.29 and neither statistics nor email is working.
WP version 3.9.2.
PHP version 5.4.28
MySQL version 5.6.16

The missing custom fields by email was really what kept me off from your plugin, thanks!
1) Just a little thing – it would be really coolt to have the custom fields showing in statistics overview as well. Right now my quizz administrator sees unending list of Anonymous users. Screenshot.
2) The updates delete my custom .po & .mo files – is there something to do other than keep a copy somewhere else?
