    We need more information about what exactly doesn’t work— just saying it doesn’t work isn’t helpful for us in determining why.

    The point is… I have the pay version, I have open a ticket a few hours ago (exactly 15 hours ago) detailing the problem and there is no response.

    Meanwhile, mobile users suffer the slow my desktop template.

    Please, give me any idea to solve the issue.
