When I first uploaded to the new version, it completely crashed my site. I had to log in via FileZilla and delete the plug-in. Our tech guys restored the site to yesterday’s back-up version, but then the calendar had all the wrong dates. Most of my 2014/2015 event dates were switched to the year 1969.

They may have restored the files, but they obviously didn’t restore the database.

Ai1ec stores all events in the database. The format of the dates in the database has changed since the 1.x days, which is why it will most likely show 1969 for the dates (as it’s confused).
