Cant even create a backup with the new version.

Autotune has run 7 times and failed.

Don’t asee anyway to turn it off, so a normal backup can run

    Hello @mickey65 ,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Can you please let me know if you can see the button “Abort Session” in Duplicator > Tools > AutoTune ? You should see this button on the right cards in the AutoTune page.

If you can’t see this button, please provide me with a screenshot that shows the AutoTune page.

I’m looking forward to hearing back from you.

    Thanks!

    Hi @mickey65,

Thanks for reporting this, we’d like to get a clearer picture so we can help effectively.

Could you clarify a few things for us:

    1. Which Duplicator version were you on before, and which version are you on now? Did AutoTune work fine before, and only started failing after a specific update, or has it never worked for you at all?
    2. Does a regular (non-AutoTune) backup also fail, or only backups run through AutoTune? In other words, if you skip AutoTune, can you still start and complete a backup normally?
    3. Which archive engine are you using (DupArchive or ZipArchive), found under Duplicator > Settings > Backups?
    4. Could you also share what error or message you see when AutoTune fails on those 7 attempts? Even a screenshot or the exact text would help.

This will help us narrow down whether this is specific to AutoTune itself, your archive engine, or something broader affecting backups overall.

Thanks in advance for the extra detail, it’ll really help us get to the bottom of this quickly!

    Hi @mickey65 ,

We haven’t heard back from you in a few days, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.

    Thanks!
