New vendor notification

    Hi, it’s me again. 🙂
    Just upgraded to 1.6.5? newest one. Btw, it seems like I have to download and upload manually each time, right?

    Anyway, my question is I noticed better vendor application page and how you can auto approve which is nice. When a new vendor signup and get auto approved, does it send out an email to admin that there’s a new vendor? If not, can I request it? Otherwise, I would never know there’s a new vendor signed up which can be an issue since I offer access to seller’s only page & menu.

    Actually better yet, if this ‘auto approve’ of new seller can update user’s role, that’d solve my problem since all sellers get specific role as sellers which give them separate menu.

    I know I’m always asking for more things… but I hope I’m helping you guys making this better! 🙂

    I’ll do a test for email notification and let you know. In the next release of PREMIUM VERSION of YITH WooCommerce Multi Vendor plugin we add “Vendor” user role and new capabilities management.
    with the management role increase the plugin performance.

    Btw, if possible try to make transition smooth on role change because I already have active sellers (vendors) in custom role i created for them = sellers.

    Also, i like word seller better if there’s a way to change that. but not a big deal if not. 🙂
