Hi! We have a site with products imported from wp all import but when running the import again and new variable products are found in the CSV those are created as single products in the website. Do you know why?

It would be very difficult to advise on this without seeing the import settings & data. Please replicate your variable product import at http://www.wpallimport.com/debug/ and open a support ticket at http://www.wpallimport.com/support/ with the details.
