• I have AWPCP plug in that requires a user to register. They (users) are not getting the activation email. AWPCP says that wordpress is sending out the email. WP log plugin says it is going out…My server ..godaddy server says it is due to invalid subject line…in the subject line it is recorded as []New user registration. Go daddy says the brackets are causing a dump at the server and they are not sending it, as it sees it as spamming…so WP is sending it …Godaddy wont send it…all of the threads I see that deal with this are closed..My problem is …Plugin developer says not his ability to change that subject line ..it is WP issue…WP has no fix, and I don’t know if there is a plug in that will let me overwrite that line…Godaddy wont change their parameters as they say it is a security threat…WHAT DO I DO?

  • Hi,

I recommend you using service for transactional email. If I remember well, GoDaddy has a problem with SMTP, so chose service what use API instead as it’s currently probably the best technology for that.
For example Mailgun or Sendgrid offers you free 10 – 12 thousand emails per months. So try to register there, follow instruction …
If your emails are important for you, this is a way for outgoing emails from server/site.
