Hi,
What contact form have you installed? Can you send a link to the form plugin that you have installed?
There should be a way to configure where the information should be sent to via the admin panel in WordPress. Please let us know the name of your plugin.

Hey
Thanks for coming back to me! Very new to this so appreciate the help.
The plugin I installed was Contact Form 7 (version 4.4.2).
I go into setting under edit for the plugin and under Form I made no changes. Under the Mail tab in the To field I have my email address.
I then hit save and it appears on my website. But no email makes it through to me when I test it.
Thanks
Mark
Hi Mark,
Most likely this is a hosting issue. There was a similar thread earlier and there were lots if suggestions that showed how to configure your SMTP to work with CF7. Have a look at this thread:

In the past, I have used Jetpacks’ contact form and that seemed to have worked seamlessly.
Are you up for giving that a shot if none of the suggestions mentioned above work ?

Hey thanks for that – I have switched over to Jetpack as you suggest and that seems to be working well!
It does seem to push everything into spam in my gmail but at least I am receiving it!
Thanks

Mark,
That’s great ! I think you can configure Google to make sure it doesn’t put emails received from certain email addresses in Spam folder. Then you should be all set.
In any case, if your specific question has been answered, we would love it if you would mark this topic as resolved in the right hand sidebar. This helps our volunteers find the topics that still need attention and more people will get helped, possibly like you did.
