New User approval

    I’m using a Forminator form for user registration. The user is then approved or declined by the admins.

    Should I be using the “New User – Post-registration Email” for when they are approved?

    Thanks for your message.

    Yes,this is most likely the correct notification to use however, I recommend testing this to see if it works for you with a single user, such as yourself or an admin first.

    Hi. Just tested it. It sends the new message, but also the default WordPress message as well

    Hi @napalmx37,
    You can try to disable this either in the Forminator Form plugin, or by creating the notification in BNFW and then setting it to ‘Disabled’.
