After getting the newest update, I get a popped-up screen that says “As you don’t have updates for the extensions listed below, you will have issues using the plugin.
Please do the following in order to use the plugin properly: … If you have an active license, add its license code here.”

But when I click “here” to re-add my license, it goes to a page that says “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

I’m admin for the site, so there is no reason that I’d be not allowed unless your link is incorrect.

Until this is fixed, I cannot use your plugin — help! There is no way to close your overlayed popped-up warning screen to check if my license has disappeared or to do any work.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Dear @terrymodica ,

    Thank you for reaching out.

May we ask you to contact us via support@popup-builder.com email address and attach the support thread URL so we can identify you easily?
We are asking this since it is not allowed to discuss pro features in this forum and to solve the issue we will need additional information, that can’t be shared publicly.

Looking ahead to hearing from you soon.

Thank you. I found the problem. I let the license expire on the add-ons we don’t use. When I deactivate those, I’m able to get into the plugin and make the popups I need. I had forgotten that those unused add-ons were still activated.

    Dear @terrymodica ,

    Thanks for the update.
We are glad you have found a solution to the problem.

Please, get back to us anytime you feel like we can assist you with something else.

    Best,
    Popup Builder Team
