New subscriber notification form data

Right now, when a user subscribes to a newsletter, I get a notification like this:

Howdy,
The subscriber XX@gmail.com has just subscribed to your list ‘YY’
Cheers,
The MailPoet Plugin

Is it possible to modify it so it sends me the data for the form he has filled when subscribing? Maybe with some external plugin or Mailpoet extension?

If not, a hint on how to program this functionality by myself (hook that sends that email, function that retrieves form data for a user).
