New site can't create levels, or subscriptions

    I just started a new site, and I cannot create levels or subscriptions, the wizard was there , i clicked it for basic, now the wizard is gone
    i tried under levels create a new level, when i click add, it says it was added but does not show up and then when i refresh the pages it says no levels

    I had to repair the tables, somehow they never got created, it is working let me setup everything if nothing works after then i will let you know in a new support case
