    Hi @macpheeweb

    There was a temporary issue with downloading reviews, but we have fixed it on our side.

    Please try the following steps:

    1. Go to the Advanced tab in the plugin settings.
    2. Click the Re-Create plugin button to reset the plugin.
    3. Reconnect your business.
    4. Reconfigure your widget settings.

    This should restore the reviews and allow you to complete the setup process.
