I tried updating the plugin from 2.1.2 to 2.1.3 and it proceeded to crash my entire WordPress instance. My site is on PHP 8.2.33

I think the problem is that you have made the nonce static and initialised it with a function call, that’s only supported from 8.3 onwards, but your plugin falsely claims it’s still supporting PHP versions from 7.4 onwards.

    https://www.php.net/manual/en/language.variables.scope.php

Prior to PHP 8.3.0, static variables could only be initialized using a constant expression. As of PHP 8.3.0, dynamic expressions (e.g. function calls) are also allowed

Can you please fix this by either upping the minimum PHP version for the plugin, or defining the nonce in a different way? Thanksss
