New Registration Email

Hi,
Since few days woocomerce New Registration Email is going to junk folder of outlook 365. Even I’ve added the domain name as safe sender and set the rule for the email to arrive in inbox but it still goes to Junk folder when any customer purchase services on my site.
Plugin Support suggested me to try stop-wp-emails-going-to-spam plugin which works great with only those registration which are completed via check paymenet method whereas the payments done via CreditCard/PayPal goes to junk. I am not sure why and need help. Please let me know what should I do?Looking forward to the solution!
