Update: Tried this on my wife’s laptop and several photos showed (ie 1-5 & 13) but not the remainder. Strange?
Apologies @gsc54,
It seems that it worked for me, of course, at the moment I’m in a place with amazing Internet connection for today. Could you please try to check with a friend or family? Are all your blog post experiencing the same behavior in your end?
Is it possible for you to install and try with another browser?
Please, keep us posted, we are happy to help.

Gaby,
As I said in my 2nd post it worked kind of randomly on my wife’s laptop (6 of 13 pics showed) which is on our home network. It won’t show the any pics on my laptop (home network). But it does show all pics on both our phones. My son, who lives 4 miles away tested it and it seemed fine to him on his network.
I checked back on old posts and while the pics seem to show up fine they are showing up differently from prior to this anomaly (which is why I initially suspected my Nextgen settings). They too are showing on a white screen with pic# (ie x/y) in top left and direction arrows left & right of pic. Till now the pics were showing ‘alone’ with only the post behind the pic (ie no white screen or frame).
Is it possible it may be my (Kaspersky) A/V software causing the problem???
Not being tech savvy I am hesitant to uninstal/reinstal nextgen in case it ‘kills’ all my previous gallery posts.
(BTW – I’m in Australia so slow replies may be due to time differences.)
Thank you
Garry

Forgot to mention. I tried testing using both Chrome & Firefox with the same results.
Hi @gsc54, @gabyimagely,
I think I have figured out why this issue is occurring. Please try to pause or stop any Ad Blocking browser extensions then try again to see if the images will load.
Such browser extensions as AdBlock, are usually preventing the browser from loading link elements from the page based on such keywords as advertising and you are using “advert” for both the images’ names, title and descriptions.

Turning off the ad blocker worked. Thank you.
