New Posts Automatically Deleting

Not sure if this is a function of hitting 100 published posts, but any new post I publish above 100 automatically deletes the most recently published post before it. Doesn’t unpublish it, deletes it outright, leaving no record on WP.

I’ve searched the forums and can’t find anything on the subject! Can anyone shed any light? Flashyreview.com if that helps somehow.
