New Post never appears after publishing.

I recently had problems upgrading to WP 2.0.2. I re-installed the wp-admin files and seem to be working in the right direction.

I can now access my admin page and see all of my past info, but there is a problem when publishing a new blog post.

I wrote a new post, published it, and saw it in my browser (Firefox 1.5.0.3), but it does not appear anywhere in my admin area/dashboard. If I refresh Firefox, the post disappears and reverts back to the last post I published.

I’m stumped and have had little clitch probs like this since upgrading the WordPress. If anyone can help, I’d appreciate it.
