Are you referring to a way that your posts are being displayed using a particular theme? Can you please provide a link to your site so we can see what it looks like?

this is not a big deal, you need to use a Jquery Carousal slider here with wp post loop, or you may find out tons of slider example on GOOGLE.

For getting help you really should set something up like a test installation, activate your theme and then say “Look at this URL”. Then we can provide better responses because it’s a little unclear what you are referring to.
