new post

hello everyone i am new to blogs and i m using a simple weblog.com to update my blog
my question is that lets suppose i have this post number 11 and 12
now i want to post something that appears after post number 11 and before post number 12
so in easy words how to post something new BETWEEN old posts
plz help
