New Plugin, MCA Pages, please review

ok so I went ahead and created the plugin I asked about a week or so ago. This is my first wordpress plugin and while it is fairly specific I believe it can easily be changed to meet many needs. I would like to have some of the more seasoned developers here take a look at it and give me some feedback on the design/programming of it.

This plugin creates an Admin screen in which you can enter company information and contact info. It creates and stores this information in a database, and then creates and auto-populates a WordPress page with the information. This plugin is easy to change to hold the data that you require as well as create a separate page that can be used to search the database and link to the created pages. This was my first plugin and any design/programming pointers would be more than welcome.
