New plugin has stopped access to wp-admin

Hi there,

Relatively new to this. Installed a ‘Terms of Use’ plugin only for it to automatically try and find the terms page. As there probably isn’t one, I can no longer access the admin panel as it is blank and is searching for a page that isn’t there.
