I’m probably doing something stupid, but I can’t get the plugin to work at all. I get an error message once I activate:
‘Warning: main(/home/.magi/swamp/nameofsite.com//wp-content/plugins/rane/common.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/.mugi/sump/nameofsite.com/wp-content/plugins/custom-contact/custom-contact.php on line 29

Obviously I don’t have a ‘/rane’ directory, but I don’t know where the reference is or what I am supposed to change.

If there is no rane directory in the zip, please re-download the zip file.
I’ve re-downloaded the zip several times. Each time, there is no rane directory. I am having the same error message.
I just downloaded it and it contains the zane folder. If you still can find it, let me know and I’ll zip it back up for you. You can see it in action here:
