New page broke

    Hi, there.
    When I make a new page with Divi, I edit and save the draft and then I publish but when I check the site ois broken. Doesn’t show the site on the way I have edited. Everything is mixed not on the place, not showing the pictures and so.

    I recommend getting in touch with Divi’s support about this via https://divi.help or https://www.elegantthemes.com/contact/ – as this is a commercial theme.

    Hi Lina, I have contacted the Divi support and they recommended to clear my browser history and I have done that but the problem is still on.
    They wrote me this message:
    “If that doesn’t help, try to reach out to your hosting provider to also clear the server cache. Then, try to check the site in a new incognito window and see if that makes any difference.”
    Can you please do that for me

    Unfortunately, this is not something I can resolve on my end. Therefore, I also recommend reaching out to the support team of your hosting provider for further assistance.

    WordPress is the host of my website and this is the only way to reach out for support. What I’m supposed to do?
