    I recently installed the premium version of Status Tracking Plugin. I entered an order, set up the statuses and the emails. I attempted to track the order and receive an error message stating

    There are no order statuses for tracking number: DWS44001.

    I have attempted to change the status to see if that fixes the issue but I still get the error when attempting to track the order.

    For those who may come across this thread, @erikgerace also emailed us about this and the issue was that “Order E-mail Confirmation” (in the “Basic” area of the “Options” tab) was set to “Auto Entered”. Switching it to “User Entered” fixed the issue.
