New order admin email

My new admin order email is sent to me in plain text.
I would like to have all the details, product,quantity,and price fields appear on one line for each product.
Same for the Customer details, so I can fit more products on the order page. As it is now all the information is on the left side of the page. A 10 item order takes up 2 pages of paper.

Obviously I am a newbie at 66 years but i would like to do some of this myself.
