I think about a conflict with another plugin. Check your error logs to find which one is causing it.
I have the same issue. I tried troubleshooting but still the same. And also its working fine in my other websites.
How do I check my error logs without logging in? I cannot log in since the custom url page won’t load.

Your error logs can be reached by your host panel.
Otherwise, you can deactivate a plugin by FTP renaming wps-hide-login folder. After that, your WordPress admin.
error logs didn’t mention anything about the error in wps-hide-login.

I thinks the error is caused by another plugin.
However, you can also deactivate every plugins except WPS Hide Login and activate all of them one by one until you find the issue.

Looking at your screenshot, It seems you’re facing a white screen. Look at your error logs to find which error is causing it.
As commented previously, the error log didn’t mention anything about the conflict with other plugins.
I also asked out host panel, and they said the same thing.

We could not find any specific issues from the server error logs. Also we can confirm that there is no conflict with any other plugins as we tried to disable all other plugin by keeping the plugin “WPS Hide Login” alone activated but it still the same. Please check this with the plugin vendor for further assistance and if you need to making changes in server settings let us know.

I’ve never seen any white screen due to WPS Hide Login (that doesn’t mean it can’t create any issue).
That’s why I think there is something wrong on your WordPress install. Is WordPress updated ? Are all your plugins and theme updated ? Is white screen still here with WPS Hide Login deactivated ?
The white screen is only encountered when the WPS hide plugin is activated. That’s why we think its the wps hide plguin causing this issue.
