new installation – error when trying to import

    We are moving our blog from one domain to another. When I try to import the file, I get this error:

    Sorry, there has been an error.
    The uploaded file could not be moved to D:\Inetpub\mainsitename\site_blogsite_com\blog/wp-content/uploads/2012/08.

    I am using htaccess to rewrite to serve the blog’s domain from a subdirectory of the main site if that makes a difference. I was not doing that before.
