New Install Problem

Hi there,

I wondered if you can help. I have followed in the install instructions carefully and linked to the google sheet successfully. However, when I try and test it, nothing seems to work. For example, if I add a new user on WP, it does not show up in the google sheet. Do I need to create any headings in the google sheet? Am I missing something?
Can you do a video with showing the the plugin in action, eg with you making a change in WP and showing it working on google sheets?

I am interested in purchasing the pro version, but wanted to get the free version working first. Many thanks,
