New email block editor does not send emails correctly

    I switched to the new block editor because it is more powerful than the original “drag and drop” email editor. However, I have found an issue I cannot get around. 1) The “send test email” goes to a subscriber who is not in the list or segment specified. 2) The “review and send” button is non-responsive. My version of the same email created with the old editor works as expected. I think this new editor is not ready for actual use.

    Part 2 I figured out because the old email editor tells you directly that an email can only be sent once and that editing the email does not reset this. One has to make a copy to resend an email. This behavior is what was preventing the block editor from enabling the “review and send” button. I am not sure why this constraint exists.
