• Scenario: Go to Give Donations > Donations > Select any donation > Create New Donor > Enter new donor details > Save Donation. The donation is being saved as the logged in user’s donor info instead of the new donor.

    What could cause this?

    Hmmm… I can’t replicate that problem. I was able to create a new donor on the Donation details screen as intended.

    Please deactivate all plugins besides Give. If it works as expected then re-activate each plugin one at a time until you see the problem again. Then let us know which plugin caused the error and we’ll dig into it.

    Let me know how that goes.
