The default mode of the block editor is “visual”. You can insert rich text using the paragraph block, and all the other available blocks are “visual”. Is there something specific you’re trying to do that you’re having trouble with?

Thanks Jacob, you lost me there. I’m used to, remember little switch classic, upper right, I think Visul/ Text. So easy. Where is that switch now? To see back and forth.
It doesn’t exist anymore. That’s now how the new editor works. Is there something specific you’re trying to do that you’re having trouble with?

Yeah, there is an embed code for podcast I copy and paste into text, old classic. With Block, you do html, but I don’t get that offering when click + sign.
And other things too where nice to see all text of the post, how can one see all text

Is embed code from having podcast with LIbsyn.
It inserts the audio media player in wordpress. with iframe

I have no clue what that podcast is and don’t have time to go hunt it down.

Ok, that wasn’t using the code button, but formatting appears to be usable.
So, this is pasting that into a Custom HTML block, after fixing the quotes since it wasn’t presented in proper code format: https://d.pr/i/NVrK53

Browser console reports the following:
GET https://html5-player.libsyn.com/embed/episode/id/ /height/480/theme/standard/thumbnail/yes/direction/backward/ HTTP/2 500 Internal Server Error 73ms
Which leaves two possibilities:
1. The code is not formatted properly. Please paste it again using the “code” button above the reply field, as originally requested.
2. Something is wrong on the podcaster’s end.

Ah yes, if you want me to actually test this for you, I need that code, all of it.
