New blank page open when loading invoice

    Hi! I am using the plugin and the pro version with Business template, and it worked fine for a moment. At some point it stopped working but I wouldn’t be able to say what I updated as I did not use it for a moment.

    Now when I click on the invoice button a new page opens but it stays blank and nothing appears. I have tried going back to the Simple template or download a pdf file but it still loads a blank page.

    I deactivated the plugin and reactivated it but still nothing,

    Would you have any idea on where the problem might come from ?

    Since you’re a user of the premium templates, send us an email at support@wpovernight.com with your order number as a reference, and I’ll help you sort this out! We’re not allowed to give support on premium products via this forum.

    A blank page usually means there’s a surpressed error somewhere, which you can show by enabling WP_DEBUG. The ‘read this first’ post on this forum contains a list of questions/steps that you can walk through to find out what that error is.
