New Backup for new install

    Hi All
    I am looking for some help with your plugin.
    I am doing a new install for a new site and have found that your plugin installed fine, but does not initiate a backup.
    I click on the “Back Up Now” button, but no backup actually starts.
    It is the free version, which I have used for a year now on another site with no issues.

    I have been having some issues with the new WP4.8 update and opted to start with the WP475.
    Any ideas?

    Hi,

    Please could you open your browser’s developer tools (F12 or CTRL+SHIFT+J, then click the ‘console’ tab)? Then attempt to start a fresh backup.

    Do you see any errors or warnings in the console? Please could you send us a copy of those messages?

    That was the strange thing. There was o error. It just loaded and then stopped with nothing happening.
    I opted to upgrade the server to php 7.5. Then the memory limit, then to wp4.8.
    Then deleted all the plugins, re-installed all, the cleared cache and history and so on.
    The activated them one by one with WC3.1.0 and WP 4.8.

    I found the conflict was with WP All Import & WP All Export.
    If those are activated, a few other plugins do not work.
    So in short updraft works, but the site not yet.

    However, I have the same plugins on another site and they all work fine together with the latest updates.

    I am not a web guru, but perhaps I am missing something.
