Hey @redphive,
That is strange and not something I can personally replicate on my installation which is using WooCommerce v5.2.2.

If you visit WooCommerce > Settings > Tools there is a section at the bottom of that page to clear the Analytics Cache. Have you performed that particular action as yet?

Also when re-importing the historical data have you tried deactivating the to skip previously imported content. This would force all order and customer data to be imported into the analytics section.

Please let me know if either of these two suggestions helped.
Thanks for the quick reply.
Well, I tried both of those recommendations, first the clearing of the cache and then rebuilding the database. It seems to have made no difference at all.
The clear analytics cache tool was found here:
Woocomerce > Status > Tools
I’m using cloudflare but not caching the admin pages. I also have WP Rocket installed.
From digging around I heard there may be a conflict with some caching plugins.
So I disabled WP-Rocket and tried the same things…. but no change.
Just the thread I needed.
It seems the orders since 23rd April are missing. Yet they are present in the WC Orders page.
Also when re-importing the historical data have you tried deactivating the to skip previously imported content. This would force all order and customer data to be imported into the analytics section
Import Historical Data I unchecked that box (skip previously imported content), and even limited it to Last 30 days.
However “Status: Importing Orders” just remained like it was always loading. No change.
No errors in the logs.
Not sure what’s happening.
Hey @redphive,
Thanks for checking those elements and trying the clearing of the cache etc.
If you use some browser dev tools like within Google Chrome Developer Tools do you see any errors displaying within the console tab?

@clickingclients If you open a new forum topic with regards to your specific questions someone will be happy to help with regards to that.
Hi @redphive
We’ve not heard back from you in a while, so I’m marking this thread as resolved. If you have further questions, please feel free to open a new topic.
@stuartduff
No error in the console.
There was a warning though that seems to be related to the CSS for the analytics page.
