• I’ve had ongoing issues since purchasing it for its upload capability and apparent support.

    Lucky I haven’t officially started pushing heavy traffic through my website because every time I have updated information, changed labels and even not even updated the form it breaks and stops working.. this results me submitting a support ticket which takes up to a week to be resolved.

    Uploaded submissions are hit and miss (meaning sometimes they are forwarded to my email, sometimes they are not).

    Currently I have a ticket open for an upload issue which has been outstanding for nearly 2 weeks and the support is now not responding.

    If I could give a zero rating I would.

    Granted your team is doing their best, but you advised they only started working on it in the last 2 days, the ticket had been active for 2 weeks. Lucky the submissions weren’t being used to gather potential leads for the business.

    Your offer makes no sense. You have offered a refund on a totally different plugin then the one we are talking about here. That other plugin actually works as advertised.

    The only reason I can see why you are happy to offer money back on that one is because it is 1/4 of the price.. why on earth would that thought cross your mind?
