Neve content not loading correctly

I’m having trouble with content loading on the website. When I login and am using the builder, everything loads and looks great. When I go to view the site, The content under “Our Process” does not load on the initial scroll down, but does appear when I scroll back up. The same issue happens on “Testimonials”. With the section labeled “Why Choose Us” no content loads – either on the scroll down or the scroll up, despite it all being present in the builder. I have tried clearing my cache and using a different browser.

I have also looked at the admin demo of the theme and made sure that all my settings are exactly the same. Nothing has made any difference. Any suggestions?
